How quickly do you dispatch orders?
We always aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday from our Hobart store, however please allow 1–3 business days for processing and fulfilment during busy periods.
How much is shipping within Australia?
Regular Shipping - Flat rate of $9.95 (excluding large or bulky items).
Shipping in Tasmania - Flat rate of $5.00 (excluding large or bulky items).
Australia Post Express Shipping - $16.95.
Instore Collection is FREE and will be ready within an hour of your order (during opening hours).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Simply enter your address at checkout to view shipping costs, or contact us if you have any specific questions.
Can I click and collect my order?
Yes, in-store collection is free and usually ready within an hour during opening hours.
You will receive an email when your order is ready—please bring your confirmation (printed or on your phone).
Do you offer Gift Wrapping?
Yes absolutely. Our bears make the perfect gifts so we can include a handwritten Teddy Bear greeting card and wrapping with any order, free of charge. Simply add your note and any other relevant details on the 'Cart' page so that we know this is a gift.
How are your teddy bears packaged?
We take great care in packing every order. Each teddy bear is carefully wrapped and protected within a mailing box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition - whether it’s a special gift or a treasured keepsake. We understand how important these moments are and pack every parcel with care and attention.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with full tracking details.
Please double check your address at checkout, as we cannot take responsibility for incorrect delivery details and additional redelivery costs may apply.
Do you offer same day delivery?
