We want you to have your bears in arms as soon as possible therefore we will dispatch all orders within 1-2 days of purchase.
Postage Costs
We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for shipping anywhere in Australia. (excluding heavy or large items)
In Store Pickup:
If you are local to Hobart, you can choose to pick up your order from our store at 201B Centrepoint Shopping Centre, 70 Murray Street.
Packaging
Your chosen bear will come safely packaged in a box with a blank Birth Certificate and Greeting card for you to use if gifting.
All orders will be sent via Australia Post, or DHL as needed.
Gifts
We can wrap your order and include a handwritten greeting card free of charge. Be sure to add your gift message in the 'notes' section on the cart page along with any other relevant details.
Do you offer International Shipping?
Yes, we ship Worldwide. Enter your address details on the checkout page for shipping costs.
